Exactly. My first thought was how’d he pull the trigger? Now add in the mother then hid the gun under a mattress.
That child didn’t shoot himself.
I guarantee most of the “toddlers who shoot themselves with the parent’s gun” stories are cover for murders, or at least negligent shootings.
