I disagree with your assessment of Adams’ earning capability. There are a couple of conservative colleges left. Two that come to mind readily are Hillsdale and Liberty. Besides that, Mr Adams was an accomplished writer, so books and his usual columns would’ve been a source of income as well.

Some suicides come out of nowhere but then again so does sudden death. I would be curious if he had a lot of social contact lately.
I work for a university and a professor sent us an error message for one of our systems. One of his Chrome tabs was Stormfront. I go to a very conservative church and all of our original “pastors” were professors and we still have one of them.
My God this is terrible.
He was I stalwart leader in his field.
Was he a jogger? I knew a guy who dropped dead after a jog on a hot July day. He’d just completed a grueling project. Stress combined with exhaustion and extreme exertion was may have been the cause.
In any case, we’ve lost a true hero. We’ll feel his absence.
