Wilson was such an anti-black racist that Princeton (where he had been university president) is throwing him under the bus by removing his name from campus. FDR refused to allow integration of the military. Jefferson, Madison, Jackson, and Monroe were racist enough to think owning black people as slaves was OK. Some of them, nevertheless, were great Presidents in their time. Along with LBJ, they all were Democrats.
