the follwing response is what we got when we sent hallmark channel an email statign we were no longer allowing their channel in our house-

For BILLING issues:
- The email address of the account in question
- The first/last name of anyone the account may be under
- The last 4 digits and expiration date of the credit card charged
- The date and amount of the charge on your account
- The line item description listed on the Billing Statement
For TECHNICAL issues:
- The email address of the HMNow account in question
- Your device model (ie: Roku 2, Amazon Fire Stick, Samsung Galaxy 5, iPhone 5s, etc.)
- Your devices operating system (ie: Android 5.0.1, iOS 9.0, etc.)
- If applicable, your internet browser (ie. Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, etc.)
