Well, rice has to be in context or, not good. Although I've never had rice flour bread, it's probably about the same as wheat. In context?
If you eat Chinese, Japanese, Thai or other Asian food....gotta have rice....and tea.
Cajun?...rice, red wine.
There are Kosher foods with rice.
Indian curries etc....rice.
Mediterranean foods...rice.
Cuban....rice.
Spanish rice.
Turkey dinner, fried chicken, steak.......not so much.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.. not even close. I should write an Ode to Wheat Bread lol.
Rice bread has no discernible smell and is chewy, sort of. None of the gluten free breads are similar to wheat. It’s not like white bread that sticks to your teeth lol.. but it’s just an odd texture and flavorless really.
However, I did down a half a package of Tate’s Gluten Free chocolate chip cookies today. So... I shouldn’t complain.
