The perp died in prison alone. Not ideal justice but better than the alternative of him getting away with it.
Also committed lewd acts against two girls under the age of 14.
I always wonder if there are more murders and other things that simply never have been discovered.

The Torah decrees that Justice be swift and sure. A man who does such a thing should be handed over to the victim’s Family. If they defer, then the criminal should be executed and all of his possessions given to the victim estate. Failure to execute murderers by the state, in fact, makes the state an accomplice in the murder. God will judge a society that indulges the guilty.....with death.
