In my opinion, the MLB has been watering down to minor league levels for decades now.
Every pitcher has the same delivery; every batter has the same swings (loaded up with full body armor). Every swing is for the fences..
I’ve been losing interest but hanging in there hoping something got truly exciting again.
I maintained respect for the MLB because even when the NFL and NBA started entertaining these nutty “taking a knee” and blm notions, the MLB stayed out of it.
So what happened?
I don’t NEED the MLB. They need MY $$$.
They’ve chosen leftist politics over my $$$.

I was an SF Giants fan through good and bad times since 1969. The images of members of that team taking a knee killed it all for me. I’d already said “fk it” re the 49ers and Warriors. And now it’s the Giants. I’m done.
