“Accidentally” spill paint thinner/remover on it? Maybe a leak from a bucket or some such? You know, when you happen to drive down that street early in the morning. (before any snowflakes are out of bed in mommy & daddy’s basement) I think I could rig up a temporary dispenser. Of course it is going to be a fire hazard for a few minutes... :-O
