Try some high quality sardines, boneless and skinless in olive oil. Excellent and super healthy. You mean you have never had a nice grilled wild salmon fillet with a side of rice and veggies? Yum!
No thanks...can’t stand the smell of fish or seafood. Makes me gag. Tried shrimp once, and threw it up. I have to buy the prime filet tuna fish in water, then rinse it thoroughly with water from the tap before I can make tuna salad out of it. I add onion, celery, dill relish, spices, and mayo to make it tolerable for a tuna melt.
