In conjunction with orders issued by New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy due to the coronavirus pandemic, attendance at Rutgers athletic events will be extremely limited this fall.
“All Rutgers Athletics venues will operate in accordance with the executive orders issued by New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy limiting outdoor gatherings to 500 people or fewer,” Rutgers said in a news release. “All safety precautions will be in place for those individuals who will be in attendance.”

Cruel. Since they are going to be playing only Big 10 teams, my suggestion is that they play All their games at Penn State so that the teams don’t need to fly.

High School football teams in rural Texas have way more fans than that.
So stupid...the players will be a huffin and a puffin on top of each other...there will be about 200 possible exposures at least per game...multiply that by all high school...small college...big college games...and you high risk all over the place. And that is just with players and staff. Just cancel the games...take a financial hit...and scream “ wait till next year” but you can’t go to a church or concert which observes the “rules”
