police are first responders trained in cpr. they waited for an ambulance and did not render aid. I have no idea if it was racism or another motive. You may defend the indefensible if you like. I will not.
They did what they could with a guy that took a mountain of drugs. Whatever they did or did not do sure as heck isn’t murder.
They weren’t charged with not rendering aid, as you maybe already know.

Do you know if all of their CPR certifications were up to date? Would they pull people from patrol if they weren't or would they allow them to be on patrol? I agree that it would have APPEARED better if they did CPR but he was't going to live no matter what. They didn't have the resources right there to combat a massive drug overdose.
I enjoy being lectured to by some jackass who looks up google when I have literally phoned thousands of people safely. He should look up prone view — but he will no doubt come up with some google article that says differently.
