Californian here and I see large groups of young people out without masks, not social distancing. No fines, no arrests, no consequences at all for endangering others. If I pass a law requiring everyone to wear a green shirt on St. Patrick's Day but nothing happens if you don't, what are the odds that anyone who wasn't already planning to is going to wear a green shirt? Nuisance talks a good game about getting this under control but like all Dems he is weak and unwilling to enforce his own laws.
