***I hope you enjoy it. A quirky little Aussie movie***

We rented it and enjoyed it. :) 'Aussie' movie is correct, in the sense that the dialogue was not always easy to understand; but the plot was easy enough to follow... and plenty of tension!

One of two moments brought a tear to my eye, bringing up memories.

Glad to hear you liked it. Yeah I forgot about the accents. I’m more used to it than others. I was born there but grew up in Canada so I don’t have the accent anymore. Personally I was 12 at the time and watched in awe on an old black and white tv.

I really loved “The Dish”. I have it on dvd. Another good movie by the same director/writer is “The Castle”. It is about a family, kind of quirky. Their home that they love is in a very loud location under a runway. The govt. comes in to buy their property, but the family doesn’t want to sell. It is available on Amazon prime, for a couple of bucks.
