Check Sidney Powell’s or Catherine Herridge’s twitters. I have not seen any date for any en banc hearing. Powell filed papers just a couple days ago requesting NO hearing, I posted about it on my last twitters batch, yesterday. Unless it was the one before that, but I think it was yesterday’s.
