Hello and welcome. Sorry, no cliff notes. But there is a lot of information at the very beginning of the thread and it’s NOT crap. We would all like cliff notes, but that would do us all a huge disservice and be disrespectful to all the anons and autists who do much of the research. Read up and feel free to ask questions. It took me a couple of years to get sort of up to speed. I still rely on people here, Praying Medic, Neon Revolt, Lisa Mei Crowley.
