I've also been thinking about the drop below from June. In particular, RED4. Is that what is behind deployment of Federal Marshals? Maybe Marshals first and then add Marines because I keep reading not enough Marshals are going in to riot areas.

I think it does. The specifics might not be precisely the same but they're parallel and the basic goal, remove trump, is precisely the same.

Didn’t the Marshal Service swear in a number of National Guard troops in DC as Deputy Marshals a month or so ago?

What would stop them from doing that to a bunch of 1st Mountain Marines on the sly, and then sending them to these cities as the “Federal Marshals”?
