It appears Florida peaked in New Cases July 12th, and Texas peaked July 15th.
The only nukes that might be fired will be for the purpose of EMP knocking out electrical grid. Otherwise, too messy.
I won't digress totally into this near-future war right now, EXCEPT TO SAY: the whole Chinese military strategy is based upon deception and intelligence (espionage). Their most revered military leaders throughout their long history have been those "Sages" who are best at learning an enemy's weaknesses and then if possible luring them into defeating themselves through deceptions.
The Chinavirus is a perfect weapon according to Chinese military strategy, as it can be used to weaken America during the "Buildup" or "Cold" phase while they deny they are even responsible for it.
So those are two major differences between the China Cold War and the USSR Cold War: 1st: This one is not primarily nuclear, so weapons will LIKELY BE USED, not kept on the shelf; and, 2nd: Certain weapons including Psychological/Informational, Financial, Cyber, Espionage/Infiltration and Biological can actually be used (LIKE CHINAVIRUS) during the "Peaceful" phase of this Cold War.
I am now convinced that if President Trump is not re-elected, AMERICA WILL LOSE, by failing to engage in the necessary HIGH-TECH ARMS RACE. No nukes means THIS TIME THE WEAPONS CAN BE FIRED. (No blowback, no radioactive fallout to destroy the victors along with the vanquished.)
