"Thats a good question. I should have worded that better to say I think the election might possibly be disrupted." Thanks laplata, but still, what WOULD happen in such a case? Could that (no election) ever happen? And, if it does, what then? Also, to your question, what would happen if it were disrupted?

Good points/questions. I suppose if the election was disrupted but some votes were counted, it would be considered incomplete and some sort of postponement would be called for.
