Id love to see a study done on simple diet and exercise stuff and COVID-19 and not say it stops you from getting the virus but if this helps minimize your symptoms
Diet and exercise can keep you healthy. You need to keep your immune system strong. Zinc picolinate, Vitamin C, D-3, A, and Iodine. Iodine is a bit challenging to find. Use iodized salt, of course, but too much salt is bad. I buy granulated kelp and sprinkle in in tomato juice with a slice of lemon, or on a salmon patty (Costco has great wild-caught Alaskan salmon patties at a reasonable price).
