The Deep State has had control of our government for decades. Approx. 70% of our sitting government was controlled by Saudia Arabia, China and others when PResident Trump took office.
The 2016 election was supposed to be stolen and handed to Hillary Clinton. For that reason, President Obama intentionally left 350+ Federal Judge seats open, awaiting appointment. That must represent millions in bribes and favors; Clinton would want those for herself.
Trump focused on the 2018 elections to get Republican patriots in control of the Senate because when the Dems controlled the senate the first 2 years, they blocked his appointments of decent people, and he wanted to appoint all these judges, along with one or more Supreme Court judges.
From day 1 of the new Senate in 2018, the Dems/Deep state have been filibustering each and every federal judge President Trump seeks to appoint. They know that the appointment will pass, they just slow it down with every technique. Despite their efforts, President Trump has filled 200 of the 350 open seats and continues to do so as fast as the filibustering will allow.
Reagan appointed Sullivan initially, to a lower federal court position. It may be Sullivan was decent then. The control of our government was done methodically, by tricking/trapping/framing etc. those who did not arrive already corrupt to government. After Reagan, it seems that Sullivan was compromised.
