Trump had nothing to gain by sending in federal police. He should have let the left eat the city. They citizens have the ultimate responsibility for their votes.
I agree. Federal Courthouses can be moved or rebuilt anyway. Not sure why it’s not in Salem, the state capital?
Not everybody voted for it. Those people need to be protected.
So many here advocate the cut and run strategy. Many cannot leave for various reasons. Why should they leave their home? Sometimes you have to stand your ground and/or get help from others.
