from looking around a bit, looks like the only outage was for anyone using cloudflare’s supposed 1.1.1.1 “privacy” DNS resolver ... pretty much anyone using standard DNS services from their own ISPs would have been unaffected ...

Didn’t notice anything with Netflix or general computer usage but ATT Uverse TV was periodically displaying a distortion that rolled from bottom to top of the screen for a couple days.
