I think the cyber attacks will be on election systems is what is meant. But still a good idea to keep stuff on an external hard drive/flash drives.

Likely. The reason is because The Team took away their ability to manipulate electronic voting. Thus the push for mail-in ballots, etc.
As usual, the deep state will try and they will fail. I just pray we have a plan for mail-in ballots.
