Because law and justice does not apply in Alinsky driven bureaucrats. Control and submission to the bureaucratic state is all that matters at any means in a struggle of the ruling class vs those who resist.

Because the Republicans are sniveling, spineless vagina-men. They spent more effort getting Steve King ostracized and booted from Congress for saying words that offended Democrats than they spend investigating actual Democrat corruption.
