We had vaccines before fetal tissue, what changed besides a commie mindset?

As a child of a military man I received so many vaccines that they filled three shot records. Not one vaccine contained baby tissue and all worked as expected.

What has changed between then and now is that humans are no longer the image bearers of God, therefore inviolable for use in vaccines or for the myriad social science experiments Russians, Americans, and people around the world have been subjected to by godless Globalists since the overthrow of Russia by Marxists (stooges of Globalists).
