Schools can open with a camera on each teacher. Many churches have learned to do this with live Stream services. Some parents will opt for their kids to attend and some will opt for them to be at home watching a screen. This would solve a lot of problems, including having uncrowded classrooms and exposing teachers who are not doing their jobs well for a variety of reasons.

I know of one local Catholic school who did this already, through the teachers were at home. They could be in their classrooms in September.
