I was never an expert at making chili (the New Mexican style) but always enjoyed.

Talking to folks at a cook-off, I learned the “secret ingredient” many cooks will swear by is armadillo. Go figure.

Never heard that one.

Never would have thought of eating armadillo when I lived down south, but I'm older now and even like broccoli and asparagus...  ROFL face
