Certified nursing assistants in many states are able to pass medications, with an extra 6 week course of study. I don’t know which States also allow this to include injectable meds such as insulin. As far as missing doses, insulin is highly concentrated -— a little goes a long way; it would take a while to notice any missing.

I didn’t know that. Only six weeks and they’re giving out meds? Wow. I went through a ton of study and even after all that the responsibility giving meds was something I took very seriously. This person is probably a sociopath?
Why all the fuss over which drugs to use for lethal injection? Just give them insulin.
As she is somewhat enamored of insulin I would suggest her punishment be 30 ccs of regular insulin injected iv push. If she survives okay. She will not.
Who knows why anyone would do a thing like that.
