Highly likely that the reduction in influenza completely offsets the increase in other infections. Especially since there is considerable evidence that COVID19 has little or no influence on children. (This was a study of children, not adults.)

Wasn't the purpose of this 2009 study - it was to see if being protected from the Flu could increase the chances of not being as well-defended against other respiratory diseases/bugs.
They concluded it did make one more susceptible and say it could have "implications" with Covid too.
