No doubt you are right. But an elementary teacher can have a can in her desk with no questions asked—if it in an area where wasps/hornets are common. Someone might have a problem with a large can of pepper/bear spray.

I have long been a proponent of Wasp spray. All of my vehicles have it in the glove box. Never had to use it or pull it out. We do have a large infestation of hornets in our area. We also have Yellow Jackets (hence the name Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets). I also have Epi-Pens if the need arises.

Is bear spray legal to use on humans? I would think that there would be some restrictions if there are some for wasp spray.
