Yup. They have the ability to keep her alone and under constant multiple, redundant watch/guard. Really no excuse as if they only have a Mayberry jail to place her in, where she has to share a cell with Otis the town drunk.

This woman has the goods that is probably capable of bringing down multiple governments in the west and they can’t protect her? Yeah, that’s outright impossible - they don’t want to protect her.
