Hey, all. I need a little help throwing together an upbeat playlist of songs to listen to at work. I work along at nights cleaning clinics for a local hospital and since I have nobody to talk to, I need to listen to something to help the time go by quicker.

Perfect. Never heard of Amanda Marshall. I was expecting a variation of The Carpenters song. Thanks.
I should have also mentioned classic ragtime Scott Joplin (e.g. “Maple Leaf Rag”) and even a newer hybrid, Billy Joel’s “Root Beer Rag” (he cheats because he adds a bass and drums and some kind of twanging instrument). Very upbeat.
Thanks. I got Walking on Sunshine. I’ll check out the others. I don’t recognize any of those titles. That’s just what I’m looking for.
Canadian singer.....mild success at best but she does have a voice

Only 27 views in 3 years. How in the world did you find that?
“Ditto on Spotify. There are many playlists there. Bonus: the playlists will help you discover new upbeat music.”
Another bonus is that I’ve found new (to me) material by artists I was already familiar with.
I had her cd ages ago since I’m up here in the great white north. When you asked for upbeat this song came to mind. Most of her other stuff is less so but I really liked this one.
Wow. Thanks. I want my shift to go by quicker. I don’t want to get everything done in one hour.
Reminds me of Hot Rod Lincoln. I will record both.
