While you are correct, the term ‘reverse racism’ immediately describes who is being discriminated against.

I’m not aware of any other phrase that can do that as succinctly.

“White fragility” is a racist term. Kind of like “black hypersensitivity” would be also a racist term.

Attributing a characteristic to a group of people based on race is racist.
