Back in the day, I would go to Flyers games. Would always see him in the crowd. Was great with kids who asked for his autograph between periods.

Professional sports is like a narcotic. Only a handful that can kick the habit are being alienated.
A large part of their addicted fan base are flag-waving conservatives. They'll continue to tune in and attend, and grit their teeth and tolerate the knee-bending and America-bashing.

The same league that demands that BLM appear on their jerseys had NO issue with DeSean Jackson spewing his anti Jew garbage, in fact he was defended by these same very people.
