I’ve seen the circle of cretins around him that he’s used to get to the top of his federal agency. They form a pack who enrich themselves and backstabbing anyone calling them out on their corruption.
Other than that he’s an MD who as far as I know never served in the military. I question MDs who seek ‘careers’ in bureaucracy who never see patients.
I don’t question MD scientists who work in government or military MDs, but as far as I can tell, this fellow was not a true scientist. He seemed to piggyback onto the work and patents of others. I’m sure he’s never had an original thought in science.
But sick boy Bill Gates found him and vice versa and together they have a plan for mandatory vaccines for the whole world including nano RFID elements to identify and track everyone injected.
