Barr cannot order a dismissal.
Flynn plead guilty.
If we are following the law, it should have ended there.
I agree the judge is being a jerk. I agree this was a bad case from the outset.
But Flynn plead guilty. If he hadn’t done that we would have been done with this months ago.
