There must be a way to get an emergency hearing from the USSC.
Not yet - the court hasn’t taken a stand yet but is merely being “open minded” asking for more information before deciding whether or not to hear the case.
It should’ve been smacked down completely - but we’re playing the stalling game now - 2 weeks to get the response. 2 weeks for the court to “decide” another month for the court to hear it and the court will wait til after the election to decide.
