I don’t use coins, I hardly ever use cash. It’s not necessary. I don’t write checks either.
It’s a “digital” world, join the current century.
They want cash eliminated so they can track you better.

In addition to the loss of privacy, credit and debit cards charge a fee that can exceed the margin on the item and even the value of the item itself.
I see it all the time. A customer rings up $20 or $30 worth of items, finalized that transaction, and then realize they need one more item. The separate transaction for the additional item was a loss for the retailer. THAT cost is rolled over onto other shoppers.
Right, those versed in biblical scripture note a cashless society is a precursor to the end times....not fearing those times, but will resist attempts to bring us there.

I use a debit card for convenience,but when it gets to the point where I am not given a choice, and cannot buy or sell without some digital device, I’ll know we’re very close to the end. And if I squint, I can see we’re almost there.
