Don’t you guys ever use spaghetti squash “noodles”? Those are tasty!
I like spaghetti squash, but I really like zoodles, spiralized zucchini. You can buy one of the cheap manual spiralizers at most grocery stores for just a couple of bucks. I don’t usually cook them, just add the hot spaghetti sauce on top. Very nice addition instead of noodles. Just make sure you salt and dry them well before using as your pasta base or they can get watery.
