I used to look through imgur.com gifs for a little laugh break. Sometimes I’d see a political meme but most of the time it was slice-of-life.
There was a brief period where I saw around 3 Q posts over a 4 month period.
Now there are so many political/propaganda posts I no longer enjoy visiting the site.
They rabidly portray conservatives as idiots, anti-mask people as mass murderers, Barr as a deep state tool, Trump as any number of things - just name it and if it’s negative, it’s on imgur.
There is only one side to the content now. The memes are a steady drumbeat of rage directed at anyone not on the left or obeying the lefty talking points. Imgur portrays all conservatives as hateful, stupid, murderers and it paints the lefties as smart and virtuous. It’s opposite land over there!
I know it’s indoctrination, but I think given the standard level of ego stroking and rage in those memes, imgur.com is now a deep state distribution hub for lefties who just can’t meme on their own. It’s like a drive through for hatred memes; cross one of the Lefty Christmas wish list.

That seems to be the norm anywhere that leftists outnumber the sane people.
They are nowhere near a majority in the general population -- just a very noisy and violent minority. And dangerously insane.
