I have not heard about an aircraft carrier. I have been hearing about the USS Bonhomme Richard, 'amphibious assault ship'. Is that also an aircraft carrier?

I have to admit that I am waiting to hear about the genesis of that fire on the USS Bonhomme Richard. Seems awful strange.

wiki shows a picture of it. it looks like an old-timey aircraft carrier...they are calling it a light aircraft carrier...
