Others below report this is a group of “new” explosions, occurring today (10 July).
I’m skeptical. After a facility blows up explosively, it “usually” does not restart and blow up again with months (years!) of reconstruction.
Today’s explosion was in Tehran’s western suburbs. I don’t think previous explosions have been there.
