There’s no reason to have two people commit suicide when just one will do.
That depends entirely on just how big a message you want to send.
As eyeamok noted they'd blow up the entire building, if that's what it took.
Or perhaps BLM will pull a storming of the facility in the delusion that this would be our Bastille Day? (Which just happens to be in 5 days...)
