Agreed. Kids do stupid things. Thankfully nobody decided to make a Federal case out of this as some have in the past, especially when camera on phones first became popular. Kids should learn lessons from stupid mistakes where nobody gets hurt; not do prison time and carry the burden of a criminal record.

There is an old saying in the IT business: To err is human, but to really f@ck up you need a computer. This is what is happening across the board with smartphones and social media. When are people going to figure this out?
