I think Bolton fails to fully appreciate the office of the presidency. He seems to have the chain of command reversed. Presidents aren’t elected to rubber stamp the edicts of their advisers.
It's funny how a Ukrainian ambassador believes she sets foreign policy instead of follows the foreign policy of the President.
All the underlings seem to believe the President is supposed to follow their commands.
