Matt, is this implication here that retired US Military personnel are training insurgents?

Grand Master Jay, aka John Fitzgerald Johnson, is not retired. He was just a reservist many years ago.

His skill lies in his charisma. If you doubt this, just try to get 200+ folks, dressed similarly according to your taste, with long guns, to assemble on hostile ground and then march them in ranks and files according to your orders.

This is impressive regardless of their training or weapons skill.

It doesn’t take much training or weapons skill to pull off, say, home invasions.

200 “troops” = 20 squads of ten. One former soldier plus 9 willing troops would be very formidable for home invasions. Imagine them attacking isolated homes at 0300, by surprise, South African farm attack style.
