I would think most children need and want that return to routine anyway. I’ll bet most are quite surprised to find themselves ‘missing school’, but they probably do. That is where most meet their friends and peers. Those friends are their other family once away from the home.

Yep. The concern is with so many of the staff. When we would go to "Meet the teacher nights" at school, quite a few of our children's teachers were Jabba-the-Hut morbidly obese.
