I check Flightaware daily for flights to Gitmo. I didn’t see that one and it doesn’t show up on their arrivals. Are you a member? If so, do you see flights I can’t?
Those flights were noted on the “Arrivals” screen. Then soon disappeared. Right now that screen is blank. I don’t know why or how often the screen is updated or cleared, I check it frequently.
Flightaware allows aircraft owners to delist or not show tail numbers upon request. Why the DOJ didn’t request delisting of that charter is unknown, but could be a “crumb” akin to Q postings.

But Gitmo types, generals and such usually have no need to charter a Learjet 45. Defense lawyers, wishing to show off might charter a Learjet 45. That’s my IMHO notation, it’s a guess.
