For prepping:

Plant a Moringa tree in your yard if you live in a temperate climate. It’s an amazing superfood AND anti-inflammatory. If you live in an area that freezes, winter it indoors in a BIG pot. They have extremely long taproots and grow amazingly quickly.

I lived in HI and cooked the leaves, was told the local Filipinos cooked them, another name I can’t remember was used for that tree.

They are among the most bitter substances on the planet. I could not eat them. If anyone else has eaten them, chime in. Maybe they are not always the essence of bitter?
