I believe it’s not as organized as it might seem.
Releasing prisoners is a fairly standard communist tactic in their low IQ agenda to overturn the established order.
In this case, likely a sign of desperation.
NY state and CA, not sure about others, have been releaseing a lot of prisoners and of course many have committed more violent and horrible crimes. I’m really just at a loss for words.
